A tube generates ultraviolet germicidal rays transforming oxygen into ozone, thus killing bacteria. The effect of UV rays (254 n.m) is well known, acting as a totally efficient germicide. The cupboards generate ozone which in turn ensures excellent decontamination of utensils set on a special support. The cupboards, which conform to hygiene regulations, find applications in all branches of industry and food trades. Built in brushed 18/10 stainless steel, they are built to last and can be installed in all kinds of atmospheres, even high humidity.
